Mary Kay is in a Funk

Our perpetual optimist, Mary Kay, is in a deep funk ladies and we need to do something to get her out!! If the woman who never falls apart, falls apart, where does that leave the rest of us?? I think this whole thing with Tom has really sent her reeling in a downward spiral. She's blaming herself over her stupid cat (no offense to cat owners out there.) WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP HER????
